New Customers

1.             Sign up to be a member. Follow the on screen instructions and your account will be approve immediately

2.             Choose your desire items and add into the shopping cart

3.             You can click on the 'Back' or 'Continue shopping' to continue shopping or click 'Checkout' to make payment

4.             When you have finish shopping, click the 'Check Out' and proceed to the payment process

5.             You can either pay by bank transfer or by PAYPAL. *Refer to Mode of Payments for detailed instructions.

6.             Remember to verify the delivery address and select the payment mode.

7.             Your order will be confirm when you click on the 'Confirm Order' button

8.             Once payments have been received, your order will be processed immediately

Returning Customers

1.             Log in to your account under My Account

2.             Your items previously added in yr shopping carts will still be in your shopping carts unless you delete them manually.

3.             Or you can continue to shop and items added will add onto your shopping cart

4.             Please note that the items within shopping cart does not imply a reservation of item for you. Items are only reserved upon order confirmation AND payment received.

We will not accept any changes/cancellation once you have submitted your order.

3.             Select 'Bank Transfer Payment' and click 'continue'

4.             Check all the information and click 'Confirm order' when ready.

Customers may also proceed to any POSB / DBS ATMs to make a direct fund transfer to our bank account. Upon successful fund transfer, customers are required to update the status of payment via our website and orders will be processed within 1 working day.
