We aim to process and ship your order to you as quickly as possible.
Singapore orders:
Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be with you in 2-5 days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. HappyFace's business hours are Monday –Friday 09:00 – 18:00. If it has been more than five working days and you have not received your product, please contact HappyFace via email info@iamhappyface.com. Please note that processing times may increase during peak period such as Christmas.
Delivery within Singapore 3-4 working days
Registered mail up to 500g - Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.20 to normal mail postage.
Postage for Registered mail up to 500g: $1.50 + 2.20 = $3.70
International orders:
